Courtney Hall is Westfield State University’s largest residence hall, home to over 460 students from all class years. Located on the west side of campus, it offers double, triple, and quad rooms, plus a limited number of premium singles. Amenities include first-floor laundry and vending machines on every level. With its distinctive pitched roof, Courtney Hall is a recognizable and welcoming part of the campus community.
Opened in 1989, the hall honors Samuel Courtney, a graduate from the Class of 1882 who earned a medical degree from Harvard and became a leader in expanding educational opportunities.
