Welcome to New Hall

Since opening in 2005, New Hall has offered upper-class students a modern and independent living experience. Home to more than 400 sophomores, juniors, and seniors, the hall features apartment-style housing, welcoming community areas, and a convenient location near the heart of campus.

Your Apartment and Living Space

Each apartment in New Hall is designed for independent living, featuring a full kitchen, private bathroom, and a bright living area with large bay windows.

Room Sizes

  • Single: 10' 5" x 9'
  • Double: 20' 6" x 9' 7"

New Hall’s shared spaces are designed for connection and relaxation. The building features a main lounge with a plasma television, a multi-purpose room for both academic and social events, and additional floor lounges and study rooms throughout. Students can also enjoy a recreation room for unwinding and a signature glass bridge that connects the second and third floors, offering a unique architectural highlight and gathering spot.

New Hall Amenities 

  • Laundry Room: Located on the first floor just off the main lobby, featuring high-efficiency washers and dryers
    (Please use only high-efficiency detergent.)
  • Vending Machines: Found in the laundry room and on each floor
  • Air Conditioning: In every apartment
  • Two Elevators: For easy move-in and daily access
